Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the Member regarding the use of 'HolyText' (hereinafter "Service") provided by HighWill Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company").

Article 2 (Definition and Purpose)
  1. "Service" refers to all search and supplementary functions provided through the website operated by the Company.
  2. "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a use contract with the Company under these Terms and has been granted the qualification to use the Service.
  3. The purpose of this Service is to help efficiently search and utilize vast amounts of data.
Article 3 (Effect of Terms)

These Terms become effective upon posting on the Company's website and may be amended within the scope not violating relevant laws if reasonable grounds arise.

Article 4 (Obligations of Members)
  1. Members shall comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms, user guides, and notices posted on the Service.
  2. Members may not copy, distribute, or commercially use information obtained using the Service without the Company's prior consent.
Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is exempted from responsibility for providing the Service if it is unable to provide the Service due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.

Article 6 (Withdrawal and Refund)
  1. Members may request withdrawal (full refund) without penalty within 7 days of the paid service payment date if they have not viewed or used any content within the Service.
  2. However, withdrawal may be restricted in accordance with the ใ€ŒAct on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.ใ€ in the following cases:
    • If the Member has viewed search results or already used paid features (considered as use due to the nature of digital content)
    • If data is damaged or the account is suspended due to the Member's negligence
  3. If the Service cannot be used due to reasons attributable to the Company (server failure, fatal error, etc.), the Company will refund the remaining usage fee or extend the period.
  4. Canceling a subscription means stopping the next payment. Members can continue to use the Service normally for the remaining period already paid for, and no partial refund will be processed for that period.
